A CREATIVE NEED CHALLENGE FOR 2015

Good morning and happy new year to all.

May you have the most wonderous year ever.

For the new year Deena, our master artist and chief thought we should go with an original theme

Anything NEW, ie; new home, new born baby, newly weds.

We also want to welcome our new team designers Merlina and Kitt.

Be sure to drop by their blog and see what they have to show.

I used the his and hers towel. Kind of reminds me of the early sixties trend in the Lucille Ball show.

Hope you have fun with this challenge.

And of course there are always fun images to be won from

A CREATIVE NEED.

Again best wishes in the new year.

IT'S SNOW TIME AGAIN AT A CREATIVE NEED CHALLENGE FOR DECEMBER

Greeetings to all,

Guess I am in a festive mood today. Snow started falling on wednesday night but it melted a bit. What with the warmer temps' and then it gets cold again. Anyway, we didn't let that stop us at A CREATIVE NEED CHALLENGE for December is snow time for us Quebecois anyway. He, he, he!

So take out your cardstock, be it white, kraft, design papers and tear them up to make beautiful snow scapes.Or use your punches, I used a blue die snowflake I had in my stash to embellish the already cool image from Deena's beautiful mind, it's simply called SNOW HAPPY. And doesn't it make you smile just looking at the sweet expression on this child's face.

Finally, I used white puffy paint to make a whirlwind of a snowstorm scene in my second card. I love the little punched circles I added with foam tape to give them a little depth. The idea is to create a snow scene, right.

So there you go,

have fun

and keep well.

BUTTON UP FOR NOVEMBER ACN CHALLENGE

Hello to all,

I have just so excited to show you

Deena's  new digital image Gnome and deer

 for the Christmas holidays.

It's so cool isn't it. It is inspired by the Sweedish Santa

and I know just who to send it too.

With the chills of winter nearing, we do feel it here

in the Montreal and northern areas of

our beautiful province of Quebec.

So I guess that is what inspired Deena this challenge.

Because the first thing we Quebecers do before

walking outside is

BUTTON UP.

So go ahead and use buttons anyway you want, be sure to have fun

while playing. I used a vintage looking button done up with a simple

loose knot I made.

Hope you like it.

Join us will you, we are always here at:

A CREATIVE NEED BLOG

Of course, there is always amazing images to

be won.

I also used Karen's sketch from

The sweetest thing blog

Have a beautiful day!

TEXTURED CARDS FOR SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE ON A CREATIVE NEED

FUNKY TEXTURED CARD FOR A TRUE FRIEND

Hello to all,

Yes, I have been a busy the past months. I am writing more, exercising more, reading more, even went out on labor day week-end to see more whales and yes I have been eating more....what? Well that is another topic alltogether. :)

I just love Deena's september challenge this month (as always) it's all about textures and patterns. Whoo, did I have fun with this one. I added a little textured frame for my sentiment that has been on my craft table for a while, so I'm happy I did and it makes imy card look even funkyer!

If you all want to play along come here to  a creative need challenge blog and just go where your whimsical self will take you. I did and it felt soooo good.

There are some images to be won and of course a beautiful gallery to admire.

I did use  Jen Cochran (Fattire7) card as inspiration for mine, in honor of her becoming the new hostess for the QUEEN FOR THE DAY challenge as our sweet Trish is retiring. Thank you both for your commitment and I hope I can play along as often as possible.

Have a beautiful week-end will see you all in blogland.

TRAVELING THIS SUMMER A CREATIVE NEED CHALLENGE #21

Hello to all,

I am so glad I could join this week in the A creative need challenge. My printer was out because we had a power outage a few weeks back and my sweet son was out of town and could not help with the solution. See, unlike him, I wasn't born with a computer mouse in my hand. How does that song go again...times, they are a changing. :)

Anywho, this week is still about vacations, holidays, traveling and we also are planning on traveling too, but don't know exactly when though. But traveling is part of a good summer holiday for alot of us and when you do, drive safe and be sure to have good sing along songs they seem to make the trips shorter somehow.

Join us all won't you, we always enjoy your company at
A CREATIVE NEED .

Thank you for stopping by, Peggyxo

JUNE CHALLENGE WITH A CREATIVE NEED ANYTHING GOES

Hello everyone,

I am so happy to show these 2 cards I created for the A CREATIVE NEED CHALLENGE for JUNE. Deena is suggesting we use one of her images and  it's anything goes as for our project.

Mine is coffee girl, she is my favorite.

So why don't you join us in the fun, there are always beautiful images for the selected winner.

SPECIAL NOTE: For this month only, Deena thought that if you used one of her images in your project you automatically get an image. Cool idea.

Always fun to see you have stopped by.

Hugs, Peggy
